This is Apartment 1 in Torquay. It's part of a big Victorian house called Astor House that's been split into flats. It's on a hill, so you get a view of the sea.

You're about a five minute walk down to the seafront and the harbour. The nearest shop is a couple of minutes away. There's a pub and restaurants a similar distance.

For local things, Kent's Cavern and the model village are in Torquay. Paignton Zoo is about ten minutes by car. You can get boat trips from the harbour.
