Apartment 1
This is Apartment 1, in Torquay. It's a one-bedroom flat in a big Victorian house called Astor House. It sleeps four, with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's well finished and comfortable.
The building faces south, so you get a view of the sea from the front windows. It's not a huge panoramic thing, but you can see it.
You're right in Torquay itself. The beach is about five minutes walk. The town centre and the marina are about the same. There's a shop very close by, and a pub and restaurant just down the road.
As a guest, you get membership for the pool and gym at the Imperial Hotel, which is nearby. That's included.
For things to do, Paignton Zoo is very close, maybe ten minutes in the car. The seafront at Torquay has Kent's Cavern and the model village. Brixham is a short drive away, it's a proper fishing harbour.
If you want to explore further, you can get to Dartmoor, Totnes, or Dartmouth in under half an hour. Exeter and Plymouth are within an hour.
The flat has a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. You can bring up to two dogs.
