Beau Rivage
This is Beau Rivage in Paignton. It's a first floor apartment, so you go up some stairs to get in. It's got a 4 Star rating, which feels about right.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have their own shower room attached, which is handy. The main bedroom has a double bed, the other one has twin beds. The twin room looks out to sea.
The living space is all one room. It's open plan. There's a big corner sofa and a large TV on the wall. The dining table is by the window. You can sit there and look at the sea. The view is the main thing. The kitchen is along one wall. It has what you need.
Outside, there's an enclosed patio area with a table and chairs. You can sit out there. There's parking on site for one car.
It's very close to the sea. You can walk down to the beach and the South West Coast Path in a few minutes. Paignton itself has the usual seaside things. The pier. The green.
For a day out, Brixham is about ten minutes by car. It's a working fishing harbour. Kingswear and Dartmouth are across the water, maybe fifteen minutes drive if you go round via the main road, or you can get the ferry. Torquay is ten minutes the other way, with the marina.
Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and all the bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
