Apartment 1A
Apartment 1A is in Astor House, which is a big Victorian villa that's been split into flats. It's in Torquay, about ten minutes' walk from the seafront.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The layout is a bit unusual because it's an old building, but it works. It's comfortable and clean.
The main thing is the location. You can walk to the harbour, the beaches, and the shops. There's a local shop about 150 yards away, and a pub and restaurant a bit further on. Parking is on site, which is useful.
If you want to use a pool or spa, you get membership at the Imperial Hotel leisure facilities nearby. It's included.
For days out, Kent's Cavern is close by. Paignton Zoo is about a mile away. You can drive to Brixham, which is a proper fishing port. Dartmoor, Dartmouth, and Exeter are all within half an hour or so. Totnes is about twenty minutes drive, it's got an old castle and is good for a wander.
Facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
