This is Arthurs Den, in Brixham. It's a holiday lodge on a park. It sleeps four, with a double room and a twin room. There's one shower room.
The main room is open plan, with the kitchen, dining table and sofa all together. There's a TV. Through a door is a little hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Outside the front, there's a decked area. It gets the sun. You can sit out there.
Being on the park, you can use the shared facilities. There's a heated swimming pool, a games room, and a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant. There's also a laundrette on site if you need it.
The location is good for the coast. It's a few minutes' walk to the South West Coast Path. Churston Cove and Fishcombe Cove are close by. It's about a fifteen minute walk downhill to Brixham harbour. That's where all the shops, pubs and boat trips are.
If you drive, you can get to Paignton and Torquay in about fifteen minutes. For a big day out, National Trust Devon or the South Devon National Landscape sites are useful. Dartmouth is about half an hour away.
Practical things: the rating is 3 Star. There's parking right by the lodge. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
