62 Moorings Reach is in Brixham. It's a third-floor flat in a modern block overlooking the marina. There's a lift, so you don't have to carry bags up. It's set back a bit from the main harbour front, so you get the view without all the noise.
The flat sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The balcony has a couple of chairs, you can sit out with a drink and watch the boats.
It's a short walk into the centre of Brixham. Five minutes, maybe ten if you're slow. That's where all the shops, fish and chip places, and the harbour are. It's handy.
You've got parking on site, which is important in Brixham. There's a dishwasher and WiFi. The TV's there too.
For a day out, you can get the ferry across to Torquay from the harbour. Berry Head is close for walks, it's a National Trust spot. The National Trust page for Berry Head has maps. Dartmouth and Paignton are about a twenty-minute drive. The South West Coast Path runs right along the coast here if you like walking.
