62 Moorings Reach is a third floor flat in Brixham. You get to it by lift, so no stairs. It's one of many in that modern development by the marina.
It sleeps six, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The living room has doors out to a balcony. There are a couple of chairs out there. You can sit and watch the boats in the marina. It's set back a bit from the main harbour front, so it's quieter than you might expect, but you're still right in the middle of things.
To get into the centre of Brixham, you just walk along the harbour for a few minutes. All the shops, fish and chip shops, and restaurants are there. The property has a parking space, which is useful in Brixham. It also has WiFi and a dishwasher.
For a day out, you can drive to Paignton or Torquay easily. Dartmouth is about a half hour drive. The South West Coast Path runs right through the town if you want a walk. The local beaches are mainly shingle, like Breakwater Beach. For sand, you'd probably drive to Goodrington or Broadsands.
