Apartment 14 is in Torquay. It's one flat in a big Victorian house called Astor House that's been split into apartments. The building looks grand from the outside.
It sleeps six, but it does that with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so some beds are in the living area. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well-kept.
You can see the sea from here. It's south-facing, so you get the light. It's about a five minute walk down to the beach. The town centre and the marina are close, maybe a ten minute walk. There's a shop very nearby and a pub just down the road.
As part of your stay, you get membership to use the pool and gym at the Imperial Hotel, which is a nice perk.
For things to do, you're right in the middle of it. You've got Kent's Cavern, the model village, and Paignton Zoo is just over a mile away. You can get boat trips from the harbour. The Darlington Hall estate and Totnes are about half an hour's drive.
Dartmouth, Dartmoor, and Exeter are all within easy reach for a day out. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want to walk.
Inside, it's got a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site. You can bring up to two dogs.
