Seagulls View is in Brixham. It's a modern terrace house. The set up is a bit different: all the bedrooms and a shower room are downstairs on the ground floor.
The living space is upstairs. It's open plan, so the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area are all in one room. That’s where the view is. You can see right over the rooftops to the harbour and the sea. It’s a good spot to sit.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms. One has a double bed and doors to the patio. Another has a zip-link bed that can be two singles or a king. The third is a single. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor.
Parking is a garage on site. It fits a normal car. That's useful for Brixham.
The house is just outside the main town centre. It’s a walk down the hill to the harbour, which means you’re not right in the noise but you can still get to everything easily. The patio garden is enclosed.
It’s got a 4 Star rating. Everything is included: bedding, towels, WiFi. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, and a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
Brixham itself is a proper working fishing harbour. The South West Coast Path runs right through. For a big day out, you’re close to the English Heritage site at Berry Pomeroy, and National Trust’s Dartmouth and Overbecks is a short ferry trip away. Paignton and Torquay are along the coast.
