The living room is fairly spacious and light, with patio doors straight out to the garden. The garden's got lawn and patio space with seating. It's sunny out there.
The kitchen is well-equipped for holiday cooking. There's a dining table for eating in.
Upstairs is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The single room has a pull-out bed so it can sleep two. The stairs are typical for a cottage.

Newton Abbot has the usual town things. The train station is less than a five-minute walk away, which is handy if you don't want to drive everywhere.
Torquay and the beaches are about a fifteen-minute drive. The edge of Dartmoor is about twenty minutes by car. If you go onto the moor, remember there are free ranging livestock.
For local attractions, Paignton Zoo and Babbacombe Model Village are within half an hour. The National Trust has several properties nearby.
Facilities include parking on site, WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
