It's called Pleasant Maris. It's in East Ogwell, which is a quiet village. You're about two miles from Newton Abbot, so shops and things are easy.
It's a cottage, sleeps seven. That's in five bedrooms, so they're a good size. Two bathrooms. It's got the 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. There’s an open fire, which is nice in the evenings.
You can bring two dogs. The garden is enclosed.
The local pub is about half a mile walk. It serves food. The nearest shop is in Newton Abbot.
For getting out, you're well placed. Teignmouth beach is about twenty minutes by car. Totnes is fifteen, maybe twenty minutes. Good for pottering about and the river walks.
There are a couple of country parks nearby, Decoy and Stover. Good for a walk with the dogs. The racecourse in Newton Abbot has events sometimes. If you want to go further, Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive. Torbay and the coast are in that direction too.
Facilities: it's got the parking, WiFi, washing machine, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and the main living space is on the ground floor.
