Orestone View
Orestone View is in Teignmouth, on the Devon coast. It's a modern house that sleeps eight. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The main living area is open plan. Doors lead out to a private balcony with a view of the sea. It's a good spot to sit. The garden is shared with the other house, but it's a decent size.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms are a good size. With three bathrooms, there shouldn't be much queueing.
It's a five star rating, which means it's well equipped and finished to a high standard. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. We include a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site. You can bring one dog.
Teignmouth itself is about a ten minute walk downhill. It's a proper seaside town with a long sandy beach. The pier and the promenade are nice for a stroll. The South West Coast Path runs right through it if you want a longer walk.
Within half an hour's drive you can get to a lot. Dartmoor is about 25 minutes inland for walking. Exeter is 20 minutes north, good for shopping or the cathedral. Torquay is 15 minutes along the coast. For a day out, the Overbeck's Garden near Salcombe is worth the drive, or you can visit Powderham Castle.
