Waves - Great Cliff
This is Waves, on Great Cliff. It's a third-floor flat in Dawlish, right on the seafront. You look straight out at the sea.
It's for four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main thing is the position. You are literally right next to the railway line. Trains go past every few minutes. You feel them, you hear them. If you want a quiet, remote spot, this isn't it. But if you want to be right in the middle of things, watching the world go by from the window, it's perfect.
You can walk into Dawlish town centre in a minute, along the flat promenade. The beach is just across the footbridge.
Inside, it's open plan. The living area has those sea views. The kitchen has what you need: oven, hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer. There's a lift up to the flat, which is handy, and one private parking space.
One bedroom has a king-size bed. The other has a super king that can be split into two singles if you'd prefer.
For local walks, you're on the South West Coast Path. You can walk east to Dawlish Warren along the sea wall, or west over the bridge into Teignmouth. For a bigger day out, Dartmoor is about a half hour drive. Exeter is 20 minutes away by car or train.
In terms of what's included: all bedding and towels, WiFi, TV, a cot and highchair if needed. No pets.
