It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One has a king bed, the other has a super king that can be split into two singles if you ask. There's one bathroom with a shower cubicle. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, modern, and everything works.
The main thing is the view. You're right on the seafront, looking west across the bay to Exmouth. The living area is open plan so you get the sea from the kitchen and the sofa. The railway line is right outside the building. The trains go past every few minutes. If you like watching them, it's great. If you're a light sleeper, you'll hear them.
You're a level one-minute walk into Dawlish town centre along the promenade. There's a footbridge over the line that gets you onto the South West Coast Path towards Teignmouth almost straight away. If you go the other way along the sea wall, you can walk to Dawlish Warren.
For a day out, the steam railways at Dartmouth and South Devon are close. Paignton Zoo is about half an hour by car. Dartmoor is about a 40 minute drive. Exeter is 20 minutes away.
It comes with all the bedding and towels. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. No pets.
