This is Pebbles. It's a small terraced house about a hundred yards from the water. It's old, 18th century I think, it used to be a fisherman's place.
It sleeps five people in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable but it's not a show home. The ceilings slope in some rooms, especially in the single bedroom. That room's quite small to be honest, but there's a little extra space kids might like. The stairs are steep. It's got an old fireplace that still works.
You're right in the middle of Lympstone village. There's a shop and a couple of pubs about a minute's walk away. The estuary is just down the lane, there's a bit of sand there. For a proper beach, Exmouth is about three miles away.
If you like walking, you can get straight onto the South West Coastal Path. There's a cycle path along the estuary that goes to Exmouth one way and Topsham the other.
For a day out, Exeter is about twenty minutes up the road. Dartmoor is about forty minutes. There are a few National Trust places nearby, like Killerton and A La Ronde.
It's got a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and WiFi. There's a small garden at the back and you can park one car just outside. Bedding is included. No pets, sorry.
