Morven Annexe is a flat attached to the main house where I live, in Exton. It's separate, with its own front door. You get the back garden to yourselves, it's a decent size and private.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, warm, and well looked after. The kitchen has everything you'd need. There's a conservatory you eat in, which is nice when the sun's out. The side door from it goes straight out to the patio.
The local pub is about a ten minute walk. They do good food. For a shop, you'll need to drive to Topsham, which is two miles.
You're right on the edge of the Exe estuary here. The river path is five minutes walk away. You can turn left for Topsham and Exeter, or right for Exmouth. It's flat the whole way, good for cycling or a gentle walk. The coastal path is the same route.
Exmouth beach is about a fifteen minute drive. It's a classic big sandy beach. If you want to see the proper Jurassic Coast, you need to go east from there, towards Sidmouth. Dartmoor National Park is about half an hour's drive west.
For facilities, it's all included. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. There's parking for one car right outside. Bedding and towels are there. We've got a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. The entrance and the main rooms are all on one level, no steps.
