Morven Annexe
Morven Annexe is in Exton, just off the Exe estuary. It's a separate building attached to the main house, but it's all yours. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You come in through the kitchen. It's got what you need. The living room is through there. Then there's a conservatory with a dining table, and a door out to the patio. The garden wraps round the back. It's private. You can sit out there.
It's about a ten-minute walk to the River Exe cycle path. You can cycle all the way to Exmouth or Exeter from there. The South West Coast Path is right there too.
The local pub is half a mile away, on foot. It does food. The shop is in Topsham, about two and a half miles drive. Topsham itself is nice for a wander.
Exmouth beach is about five miles. It's a big sandy beach. For walking, Woodbury Common is close by, and the start of the Jurassic Coast is about a thirty minute drive. Dartmoor is also within half an hour.
The place is all on one level, so there are no stairs. There's parking right outside.
Facilities: everything on the list is there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Sorry, no pets.
