The Bungalow is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. It's detached, which means you won't have neighbours on the other side of a wall. The garden is fully enclosed, which is useful if you're bringing a dog.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms, everything's on one level, and there's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Because it's a bungalow, the ceilings are a bit lower in some rooms. Tall people will need to mind their heads.
You can walk into Topsham in a few minutes. There's a good butcher, a baker, a couple of pubs that do food, and some nice cafes. The passenger ferry across the Exe to Exmouth runs from the quay. The estuary is good for birdwatching.
The beach at Exmouth is about seven miles away. It's sandy and marks the start of the Jurassic Coast. The South West Coast Path runs along there. For cycling, there's a good path from Exmouth, through Lympstone village, and along the canal into Exeter.
Exeter is about four miles away. It's got the cathedral, the underground passages, and all the shops you'd expect from a city. National Trust places like Killerton or A la Ronde are within half an hour. Woodbury Common is right there for walks, and Dartmoor is about a 40-minute drive.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for two cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
