Rose Corner
Rose Corner is attached to my house, about a mile and a half from Topsham. It's your own space, you just come down the side path to get to it. You get a private patio with a table and chairs, and you can use the main garden too if you want.
It sleeps four, in two double bedrooms. There's one shower room. It's a 4 Star place, so it's clean and everything works. It's modern inside, open-plan. The kitchen's at one end, then the living area with a corner sofa and a dining table. The TV's there if you need it.
Topsham is a ten minute drive, or you can walk it along the river path if you fancy it. It's an old port town, nice for a wander. There are pubs, a few shops, and a market on Saturdays. You can watch the boats on the Exe.
Exmouth beach is about ten minutes away by car. It's a long sandy beach, good for a proper walk. Exeter city centre is maybe fifteen minutes' drive the other way. You've got the cathedral, the shops, all that.
For a day out, the coast path is right there. You can walk from Exmouth along to Dawlish or beyond. Dartmoor is about forty minutes inland if you want moorland walks. The National Trust Devon page is good for ideas. So is the Exe Estuary site for local walks and birdwatching.
What's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking on the drive. We can provide a travel cot and a highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
