Rose Corner Exeter

Rose Corner is our place, just outside Topsham. It's attached to our house, but you have your own front door and it's entirely separate. You get a private patio with a table and chairs, and you can use the big lawn as well. It looks out over the garden.

It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms and one shower room. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and everything works. It's modern inside. The kitchen is open to the living area, so whoever's cooking isn't left out.

Topsham is about a mile and a half down the road. It's a nice little town on the river. Good for a wander, some interesting shops, and a few pubs. The train station there can get you to Exeter in a few minutes or along the coast to Exmouth.

Exmouth beach is about a ten minute drive. It's a long sandy beach, good for a proper walk or if you've got kids. Exeter is even closer, maybe fifteen minutes by car. You've got the cathedral there, the quayside, and all the usual city things.

For walks, the Exe Estuary Trail is right on the doorstep. You can cycle or walk it into Topsham or towards Exmouth. The National Trust has a few properties nearby like Killerton if that's your thing. Dartmoor National Park is about a 40 minute drive if you want some proper moorland.

In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, and parking right outside. We can provide a cot and a highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
