2 The Folly's
This place is 2 The Folly's. It's a bungalow on the edge of Abbotskerswell village, so it's all on one level. It sleeps four, two bedrooms, and has two bathrooms.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's been fitted out to a good standard. It's clean and comfortable.
The lodge is on a gated, two-acre piece of land. You get a patio and garden area to yourselves with views over the fields. It's quiet. There's a footpath right outside the gate if you want to walk into the countryside.
The village has a pub that does food, about a ten-minute walk. There's also a dog-friendly pub five minutes away, and a shop and a coffee shop about ten minutes on foot.
You're well-placed for getting about. The coast at Torquay or Paignton is about a 20-minute drive. Exeter is about half an hour. Dartmoor is within easy reach too, maybe 30 minutes depending on where you're headed.
For a day out, Compton Castle is very close, about three miles. It's run by the National Trust. There are also plenty of local golf courses.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking right there. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. The owner is a dog trainer, so if you've got any questions about your dog while you're here, they can help.
