Belgrave Sands Apartment
Belgrave Sands Apartment is a one-bedroom studio on the Torquay seafront. It's part of a building next to a hotel.
It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and in good order. It sleeps two. The room is open plan, with the bed in one area and the living space in another. The kitchen is quite large for a place like this, which is useful. There's a shower room.
Outside, there's a private, enclosed patio at the front. You can sit out there and look at the sea across the road.
Because of the link with the hotel next door, you get access to their indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a small gym. There's also a parking space on site.
You're right on the seafront for walks. Torquay town centre, with its shops, harbour, and restaurants, is about a fifteen-minute walk along the coast path.
For day trips, you're well placed. Brixham and its fish market is about twenty minutes by car. Paignton Zoo is about the same. Dartmouth is roughly half an hour's drive. The South Devon National Landscape starts just outside town, and the National Trust has several large properties and stretches of coast nearby, like Coleton Fishacre.
Facilities included are a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and bedding and towels. A travel cot is available. Sorry, no pets.
