Pier Sands

The house is on a residential street, about a five-minute walk from the beach. You can see the sea from the front. There's a private, enclosed garden out the back and a parking space on the drive.

Paignton Beach is sandy and has all the usual things: an arcade, the pier, places for an ice cream. The town centre is close by for shops.
