Rockfish Cottage
Rockfish Cottage is in Brixham. It's a ground floor apartment, about 30 seconds walk from the harbour. It used to be a fishing store. We've done it up but you can still tell.
It sleeps two in one bedroom, with one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star. It's clean, modern, and comfortable. The living area is open plan, with a big sofa and a kitchen. Everything's included: bedding, towels, wifi, and electricity.
The bedroom is at the back, so it's quiet. One dog is welcome. There's no garden, but you're so close to everything you won't miss it.
The best bit is the location. You can walk out the door and be at the harbour in less than a minute. The fish market is there. There are pubs, restaurants, and shops all within a few hundred yards. The local pub is about 200 yards away.
If you want to go further, Paignton with its big sandy beach is about a 15 minute drive. Dartmouth is about 20 minutes away. Torquay is about 20 minutes in the other direction. For walks, the South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep. You can get boat trips from the harbour too.
