Captains Lockyer
Captains Lockyer is in Kingswear. It's on the ground floor. You get the whole flat to yourselves. It looks out towards the River Dart.
It's for two people. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a sofa in the living area that can be made into a bed if you need it, and curtains you can pull across to separate the space.
The building it's in houses a pub. There's also another pub about fifty yards to the right, and a wine bar about fifty yards to the left. They all do food. You can sit outside at either and watch the river.
Kingswear station for the steam railway is a short walk. The ferry over to Dartmouth leaves from nearby. From Dartmouth you can get another ferry up to Totnes. There are local buses that go to Brixham and around Torbay.
For a good beach, Blackpool Sands is a drive away. The South West Coast Path is accessible from here for walking. Fishing and horse riding are available locally. Dartmouth has golf courses.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, TV, WiFi, and a shower. Bedding and towels are included. Electricity is included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
