Wagtails
Wagtails is in Dartmouth. It's a modern two-bedroom house for four people. You get the whole place, plus an enclosed garden at the back.
It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped. The living area is bright, with patio doors to the garden. There's a downstairs toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one double, one twin, and a family bathroom.
The garden is fully enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. You can have up to two. There's on-site parking.
It's about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Dartmouth, or a few minutes in the car. The town has plenty of places to eat and drink. The marina is there too.
The South West Coast Path runs right through the area. For a circular trip, you can get the ferry across to Kingswear and catch the Dartmouth Steam Railway. The National Trust looks after a few properties nearby, like Coleton Fishacre and Greenway.
Good beaches like Blackpool Sands are a short drive away. For a longer day out, you can get to parts of Dartmoor or over to Torquay within about half an hour.
Facilities include a washing machine, WiFi, and included bedding and towels. There's a stairgate if you need it. A local shop and swimming pool are about five minutes walk away.
