Mill Balcony
Mill Balcony is in Tuckenhay. It's a little hamlet near Totnes, right on a creek of the River Dart. It's a converted mill building.
The apartment sleeps two. One bedroom, one wet room shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been designed for less able guests. The doorways are wide, the kitchen worktops are lower, and there are grab rails in the wet room. There's a shower seat too. Everything is on the ground floor.
You've got your own balcony that looks out over the grounds. It's a nice spot.
On site, there's an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor one for the summer. There's also a games room and a gym.
The location is quiet. Totnes is about three miles away for shops and cafes. It's a historic town, you can visit Totnes Castle.
You're right by the water here. You can walk along the creek side. For proper walking, the Dartmoor National Park is about a 20 minute drive. The coast at places like Blackpool Sands is about half an hour by car.
A boat trip on the River Dart from Totnes is a good day out. It goes down to Dartmouth.
Facilities: there's parking right outside, wifi, a TV, and bedding and towels are included. No pets.
