Kingfisher
Kingfisher is on the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club estate, near Capton. It's about ten minutes drive from Dartmouth town. It's a modern house, detached, set back from the fairways.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own shower room, which is useful. You can have the beds as super kings or twins, we set them up how you ask. It has a 4 Star rating.
The living area is open plan with a wood burner. There are two balconies overlooking the golf course. The garden is enclosed, which is good for dogs and kids. We allow up to two pets.
You get membership to the clubhouse as part of the stay. That means you can use the restaurant, bar, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, and sauna. You get discounted green fees on the golf course. The spa is there too, but treatments are extra.
Dartmouth itself has the usual things: boat trips on the river, shops, places to eat. The nearest decent beach is about five miles, at Blackpool Sands. For walking, you've got the South West Coast Path nearby and Dartmoor National Park is about half an hour's drive inland.
The house has most things you'd need: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, cot and highchair. All bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
