Oak Cottage
Oak Cottage is in Burlestone. It's about ten minutes from the coast by car. The cottage itself sleeps eight. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main living room is big, L-shaped. There's a separate games room with a PlayStation, a TV, and a six-foot table for snooker or table tennis. The kitchen has everything you'd need and a decent dining area.
Outside, there's a shared garden area of about an acre and a half. It's got a brick BBQ, picnic tables, some swings and a playhouse for kids. There are a couple of ponds with wildlife. You get a view over the fields.
Location wise, the beach is two miles away. Dartmouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge and Salcombe are all within about half an hour's drive. There's good walking on the coast paths and over on Dartmoor. If you play golf, the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club is fifteen minutes away and you get a discount on green fees.
For facilities: parking is on site. There's WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair and stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
