Berry Head is a lodge on the Landscove Holiday Park, just outside Brixham. It's modern, sleeps four, and looks out over the sea.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it's handy for two couples or a family. It’s got a 4 Star rating, so everything is in good order and feels a bit more finished than a basic holiday let.
There’s parking right outside and a private deck with that sea view. Inside, it's open plan, with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included.
You can use the facilities at their sister park, Riviera Bay, which is a short drive or a walk along the coast path.
Brixham harbour is about a ten minute drive. It's a proper working fishing port, so the fish and chips are good. The South West Coast Path runs right past the park if you want a walk. Berry Head itself is a Country Trust site. It's cliffs and grassland, good for a stroll and spotting birds.
Further afield, you can get to Torquay or Paignton in about twenty minutes. Dartmouth is about half an hour. The Dartmoor National Park is under an hour's drive.
No pets, I'm afraid.
