It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's been modernised to a good standard. Everything is clean and new. The living area is open-plan, so it feels quite spacious.
The beach at Goodrington Sands is about five minutes walk away. It's a mix of sand and pebbles, with a waterpark and a café. Paignton's main beach and pier are about a mile away, so you can walk it if you want. There's a local pub and shops nearby. The bus and train station are handy too if you don't fancy driving.
Paignton Zoo is good if you've got kids. It's about a ten minute drive. Torquay is a little further along the coast, maybe fifteen minutes by car. Dartmouth is lovely for a day out, about half an hour's drive. Dartmoor is also about half an hour inland if you fancy a walk up on the moors.
Facilities are what you'd expect: a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
