8 Vista Apartments is in Paignton, on a road that leads down to Goodrington Beach. It's a second floor flat, so there are some stairs to climb. There's a parking space on site.
It sleeps four, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-presented. The main thing is the view. You look right out over the beach and the sea.
The flat is open plan. Living area, kitchen, and doors out to a balcony where you can sit and look at the water. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Goodrington Beach is just down the hill, maybe a five minute walk on a good day. It's a sandy beach, good for swimming and families. The Paignton to Dartmouth steam train runs right behind it, which is nice to watch.
You're right on the South West Coast Path for walking. Paignton Zoo is about a ten minute drive. The town centre of Paignton is the other direction, about a mile for shops and the pier. There's a pub within a mile.
If you want to go further out, you can drive to Torquay or Brixham harbour easily, both within twenty minutes. Dartmouth is about half an hour by car, a bit longer if you take the ferry from Kingswear.
