Little Matthews

Little Matthews is a one-bedroom house in Paignton. It's a terrace house, built into the hill, so there are a few steps up to the front door.

It sleeps two, in a double bed. One bathroom with a shower. The rating is 4 Star, so it's well kept and modern inside. We accept up to two dogs.

You can walk into Paignton town centre in about ten minutes. The harbour and the main beach are down there. Goodrington Sands beach is also close, maybe a fifteen minute walk.

For a day out, Torquay is next door. You can get the open-top bus along the coast. Cockington Country Park is nice for a walk. Kents Cavern is about a ten minute drive if you like that sort of thing.

The property has a small back patio with a table. There's parking for one car on the driveway. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine and WiFi.
