Apple Orchard Barn is in Coffinswell, which is a quiet village just south of Newton Abbot. It's a stone barn conversion, set back from the lane in its own grounds.
The barn sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one en suite to the main bedroom, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's a high quality finish, comfortable and well thought out. There's a wood burner in the main living space. It heats the room well.
The garden is enclosed and mostly lawn. It's a good size. You can park on the driveway, which is useful.
Coffinswell has a pub, the Cedar Tree. It's a five minute walk. They do food. For a shop, you'll need to drive to Newton Abbot or nearby villages. The coast at Maidencombe is about ten minutes by car. Torquay is fifteen minutes.
You're well placed for getting about. Dartmoor is about twenty-five minutes north. The South West Coast Path is easily reached at various points. For history, English Heritage and National Trust have a few properties within a half hour drive, like Coleton Fishacre.
In terms of what's here: all bedding and towels are included, there's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and the parking I mentioned. No pets, sorry.
