1 The Folly's is in Abbotskerswell, near Newton Abbot. It's a bungalow on a two-acre site, so it's all on one level. The place is gated and you park right outside.
It sleeps two. One bedroom with the bathroom next to it. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, done up nicely. The main thing is it's quiet. You look out over the gardens and fields.
You can bring two dogs. There's a footpath right outside the gates for a walk. The owner is a dog trainer and behaviourist if you need advice on anything.
The village pub is about ten minutes walk. There's a dog-friendly pub about five minutes away, and a shop and a cafe in ten. They're fine for basics.
You're about six miles from the coast. Torquay and the rest of the English Riviera are 15 to 20 minutes drive. Exeter is about half an hour. Dartmoor is the same, the other way. For walking, you've got the coast path one way and the moor the other.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, a TV, WiFi, bedding and towels are included, and there's a garden area. It's all electric.
