The Hideaway is attached to our house, but it has its own front door. We're on the Morley, which is a quiet road in Torquay. It's flat, so it's about a fifteen minute walk down to the seafront.
It's for two people. The bedroom has a big bed that you can split into two singles if you need to. There's an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. The main room is open plan: kitchen, sofa, dining table. It gets the sun in the morning. The kitchen has a small under-counter fridge with an icebox, a microwave, kettle, toaster. There's a Smart TV and the WiFi is decent.
Outside the front door there's a little courtyard with a table and chairs. Around the back, you have your own allocated parking space, which is useful round here.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and everything is in good nick.
Torquay town centre and the harbour are a short walk. All the usual seafront things are there. For a longer walk, you can pick up the South West Coast Path.
Local attractions like Kent's Cavern, the Model Village at Babbacombe, or Bygones are all within a ten minute drive. The ferry over to Brixham or Paignton from the harbour is a nice way to see the coast.
Useful links for planning: National Trust Devon and the English Riviera site. They've got good maps and event listings.
Facilities are all included. Bedding, towels, parking, WiFi.
