Westerlands is a ground floor apartment between Torquay and Paignton. It's one of six in a converted house. You get a parking space.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one shower room. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and has what you need, but don't expect luxury. The front door opens straight into a hallway with the kitchen area off it.
There’s a small extra room just inside with a single sofa bed in it. It's useful if you need another sleeping space or somewhere to put bags. The living area has a double sofa bed and French doors that open onto a shared lawn.
You're right across the road from Livermead beach. Torquay's main beach and the harbour are about a fifteen-minute walk along the seafront. There are plenty of places to eat and drink along there.
Cockington Country Park is a short walk away. It's good for a stroll. Cockington Court is there too. Torquay train station is a few minutes walk, and there are bus stops at the end of the road for Paignton and Brixham.
For a day out, Paignton Zoo is about a ten-minute drive. The steam train to Dartmouth from Paignton is good if you like that sort of thing. Dartmoor is roughly half an hour away by car.
What's here: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. You can bring up to two dogs.
