Driftwood Villa
Driftwood Villa is in Brixham. It's in a quiet residential street, so it's peaceful, but you're only a few minutes walk from the harbour.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The garage has been converted into a games room, which is handy if the weather turns. There's a dishwasher and parking on the driveway.
The garden is a decent size. It's mainly patio, with a bit of lawn. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
The harbour is the main thing here. You can watch the fishing boats come in, get fish and chips, or catch a ferry over to Torquay. For a good coastal walk, the path around Berry Head is right on your doorstep. The views are excellent.
Paignton and Torquay are both about a fifteen minute drive if you want more shops or a different beach. For a big day out, Dartmoor is roughly forty minutes by car.
