Rose How 1

Rose How 1 is an apartment on the Yewfield Estate up on Hawkshead Hill. It’s for two people. You have your own decking area outside the doors, which gets the sun if it's out.

The main room is open plan, with the bed at one end and a small kitchen and table at the other. The bifold doors open right up onto the deck. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. It’s a 4 Star apartment, so it's comfortable and well kept.

The estate is about 80 acres. You can walk from the door through the woods and down into Hawkshead village. It's peaceful up here. Tarn Hows is nearby for a stroll. Coniston Water and Windermere are both about a ten minute drive away.

You can park right outside. The Wi-Fi works. There's an electric vehicle charger on the estate. We allow up to two dogs.
