Yewdale Crags Apartment
Yewdale Crags Apartment is in Coniston village, on the first floor. It's above our place, but you've got your own entrance and key. You get the enclosed garden to use as well.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, and there are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating so everything is in good order. The living space is all open plan. The owner, that's me, lives next door if you need anything.
You can walk straight out the door and up the fells. The Old Man of Coniston is right there. Or you can walk down through the woods to the lake shore. Coniston Water is about a twenty minute stroll.
The village is a couple of minutes' walk. There's a shop about 100 yards away and a couple of pubs. They do good food. For a longer drive, Ambleside and Windermere are about twenty minutes. Hawkshead is a bit closer.
Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a TV, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
