Lake Bank Lodge is in Water Yeat, which is about a mile south of Coniston village. It's a detached lodge, so you don't share any walls.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The living room has a good view of the Old Man of Coniston if the weather's clear. There's decking outside and a private hot tub.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The location is quiet, tucked back off the road in a bit of woodland. It's about a ten minute walk down to Coniston Water and the jetty.
You can walk straight from the door onto Blawith Common. Beacon Tarn is up there too. For a bigger day out, you can drive into Coniston village in a few minutes, or head up to Hawkshead. The Lake District National Park site has walking routes.
For facilities: it's got the hot tub, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. All bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
