Little Knott is a detached cottage on a road outside Blawith village. It's old, from the 1700s. You're a mile from the bottom of Coniston Water. The views from the windows are good, all around.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place. It's been done up but it still feels like an old cottage. There are stone floors, beams, and the stairs are wooden. The main living room is upstairs to get the best of the view.
The nearest pub is about a mile's walk. The closest shop is in Lowick, about three miles drive. For a bigger shop, you'd go to Ulverston.
Coniston Water is right there for boats and swimming. The fells are all around for walking. You can drive to Coniston village in about ten minutes. Hawkshead is about twenty minutes. Further out, Windermere and Ambleside are within half an hour, but it gets busy.
Facilities: it's detached so no neighbours on the walls. There's parking. It has WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a garden. Bedding is included. We can take one well-behaved dog. There's a highchair if you need it.
