White Moss is on The Terrace in Windermere. It's a big Pugin house from the 1800s. Sleeps twelve, five bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The kitchen has a big Aga and a second range cooker. There's a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge freezer. Handy for boots and dogs. Downstairs toilet too.
The living room seats fifteen, has a wood burner and a TV. Dining room is grand, with a big table. The cellar has been made into a cinema room with twelve proper cinema seats and a very large screen.
Upstairs, four bedrooms on the first floor. One's a king four-poster, one's a kingsize, one's a single, and one has three singles. There's a shower room and a bathroom.
On the top floor, the fifth bedroom has four single beds. There's another bathroom there with a free-standing bath.
You get the garden to yourselves, with a patio and a BBQ. Parking on site, including an electric vehicle charger. We include bedding and towels. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. WiFi is included. Up to four dogs are welcome.
It's a short walk into Bowness and down to Lake Windermere. A local pub is a few minutes away.
