The Snug is in Bowness. It's on the first floor of a building. You can walk into the centre in a few minutes, which is handy.
It's for two people. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and everything works. The kitchen is fine for making a meal.
You're on the edge of Lake Windermere. The views from the town are good. Bowness has all the things you'd expect: cafes, pubs, gift shops. If you walk up the hill you get to Windermere village, which has more shops and places to eat.
For walking, you're right in it. The National Trust has a lot of land and paths nearby. You can drive to Ambleside or Grasmere in about 15 or 20 minutes. Kendal is maybe 25 minutes.
In terms of what's here, there's parking, WiFi, a TV, and all the bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage if you bring cycles. No pets, sorry.
