The Stable Loft

The Stable Loft is in Bowness on Windermere. It's a one-bedroom flat for two people, up a spiral staircase. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean.

The spiral stairs are open and steep. It says so in the listing, but I'm repeating it because it's the main thing. Just so you know.

You're a minute's walk from the centre of Bowness. There are pubs, restaurants, and shops right there. You can leave the car in the dedicated parking spot and not use it again if you don't want to.

The lake is a short walk away. You can get on a steamer from there to Ambleside or Lakeside. Lakeside has the aquarium, and you can get a steam train from there to Haverthwaite. Walkers can start from the door, from a gentle stroll to something more serious.

The flat has WiFi, a TV, and bedding and towels are included.
