Fawn View

The location is quiet, set back from the main road through town. Your parking space is allocated, so you don't need to worry about finding one. There's a shortcut from the apartment that takes you into the town centre in a few minutes. All the shops, cafes and pubs are there.
It's about a ten minute walk down to Lake Windermere. You can get boat hire there, or go on the steamer. There's plenty of walking from the door. For a longer drive, Grizedale Forest is good for mountain biking trails.
Other local things you might look into: Lake District National Park for walking routes, and National Trust Lake District for their properties.
The facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
