Quaysiders Club E
This is Quaysiders Club E. It's one of eighteen apartments in a block right on the edge of Windermere, opposite Ambleside Pier. You're basically at the lake.
It's a two-bedroom place, sleeps four. One double room, one twin room. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The living area is open plan with a kitchen, table, and a sofa. There's a TV. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge with a small freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
You'll be given an apartment on arrival. It could be on the ground floor with a small patio, or on the first floor with a small balcony. They all have the same stuff inside.
The main thing here is the location. You can walk into Ambleside town centre in about ten minutes. Or you can get on the steamer boats right across the road to go to Bowness or Lakeside. For walking, you can start right from the door to Stockghyll Falls or Wansfell.
On site, there's a shared swimming pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool. Parking is provided.
Ambleside has plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops. It's a good base. Grasmere and Windermere town are a short drive away. For bigger walks, Great Langdale is about a fifteen minute drive.
Facilities include bedding and towels, WiFi, and parking. A cot and highchair are available if you need them. No pets allowed.
