Easedale Corner is a first floor flat in the middle of Grasmere. It's in the building with Sam Read's bookshop and a cafe on the ground floor.
It sleeps four, in two double bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. One is a proper bathroom, the other is an ensuite toilet next to a spa bath in the corner of the main bedroom. It's been done up recently, so everything's clean and in good order. It has a 4 Star rating.
The main room is open plan, with the kitchen at one end and the living space at the other. Big windows look out over the village green towards the fells. It gets a lot of light.
You're right in the village. The bus stops outside, which is useful. There's a newsagent and a small supermarket a minute's walk away that's open late. Pubs, cafes, and shops are all within 100 yards.
For walks, you can start right from the door. Stroll around the lake, or up Easedale valley. For bigger walks, Helm Crag or Silver How are right there. You can get the bus to other trailheads if you don't want to drive.
It has a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
