Easedale Corner is a first-floor apartment in Grasmere village. It's above Sam Read's bookshop, which is a popular spot. You get great views from the big windows because you're up a floor.
It's been recently done up. It sleeps four, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, the other has a spa bath. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The living area is open plan, so it feels quite spacious. There's a large TV on the wall, a washing machine, and the WiFi works fine. All the bedding and towels are included.
Grasmere is small. You're right in the middle of it. There's a shop, pubs, and cafes about a hundred yards away. The bus stops outside the building if you want to get around without driving.
From the door, you can walk straight up Easedale Valley, which is a good route. Helm Crag and Silver How are right there. For a gentler walk, you can go around Grasmere lake itself.
Within half an hour you can drive to places like Ambleside, Langdale, or Keswick. For a bigger day out, National Trust Lake District properties like Hill Top or Allan Bank are worth a visit.
No pets, I'm afraid.
