Quaysiders Club B
This is Quaysiders Club B. It's in Ambleside, right opposite the pier at Waterhead. It's one of eighteen apartments in a block around a courtyard.
You get a two bedroom apartment. It sleeps four. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The living area is open plan with a kitchen. It has a dishwasher and a fridge with an ice box. The furniture is modern and it's clean. You get bedding and towels.
You can't choose your exact apartment, you get allocated one when you arrive. It will either be on the ground floor with a small patio, or on the first floor with a small balcony. Both have a table and chairs.
The main thing here is the location. You're right on the edge of Lake Windermere. You can walk across the road and get on the steamer boats to Bowness or Lakeside. Ambleside town centre is about a ten minute walk. There are a few pubs and places to eat right at Waterhead.
For walking, you can start from the door. Stockghyll Falls and Wansfell are close. If you drive, Great Langdale is about fifteen minutes away. That's a good starting point for the fells.
On site, there's a shared swimming pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool. There's also parking.
