Lanacre Cottage is in Mylor Bridge. It's about halfway between Falmouth and Truro. It sleeps four, in two good-sized bedrooms.
It's a 4 Star place. We extended it a few years ago, so there's a decent amount of room. You'll find it's clean and works well. There are three bathrooms, which is handy. One's a wet room on the ground floor, ideal for washing sand off after the beach. Another has a freestanding bath.
The garden is enclosed. It gets the evening sun and you can see some good sunsets from there.
Mylor Creek is a short walk away, less than half a mile. For a proper beach day, Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth is about four miles. It's got sand, cafes, and you can hire paddleboards there. There are nice coastal walks from there to Maenporth and Swanpool.
Falmouth itself is close. You've got Pendennis Castle, which is an English Heritage site. There are also some great sub-tropical gardens nearby, like Trebah Garden and Glendurgan Garden. Both are within a twenty-minute drive.
Facilities wise, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
If you're planning trips out, the National Trust for Cornwall site is useful, and Visit Cornwall has good general information.
