Gull Cottage is in a holiday village near Falmouth. It's one of many cottages there. The site is very tidy and green. It feels quiet, but you are near other people.
The cottage sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and functional but not luxury. The living area is open plan. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
You can bring one dog. We have a stairgate and a highchair if you need them.
On the site itself, there's a kids' play area and a little soft play inside. There are tennis courts you can use, and a gym. The cafe and bar are open from April to October. There's a laundrette behind it.
The nearest beaches are Swanpool and Maenporth, about a mile away. Gyllyngvase beach in Falmouth is bigger and sandy, with a cafe right on it. It's good for families.
Falmouth town is five minutes in the car. It's got the National Maritime Museum, shops, and plenty of places to eat. The harbour is good for watching boats.
For walking, you can pick up the South West Coastal Path easily. Pendennis Castle is worth a look. It's an English Heritage site with good views.
If you want to explore gardens, Trebah and Glendurgan are close. For surfing, Porthleven is about half an hour's drive. It's a nice harbour with a beach and places to eat.
