This is Highlands in St Mawes. It's a chalet bungalow on the hillside, so the view is the main thing. You look straight out over the village, the estuary and across to Falmouth.
It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's been done up to a high standard. It's open plan downstairs. The kitchen is new and has everything: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. There's a second sitting area with a TV that you can close off.
Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. They both have ensuite showers. You can have them as twins or doubles. There's also a single room down there and a separate shower room. The main bedroom is upstairs. It has double doors onto a Juliet balcony for the view and an ensuite bathroom.
The garden is a paved patio area. It gets the sun and faces the view. There is parking on the drive.
St Mawes itself is a steep walk down the hill. It's about ten minutes. You've got the castle, a few shops, places to eat, and the ferry over to Falmouth. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Truro.
Within half an hour you can be at the beaches on the Roseland, like Pendower or Carne. Truro is about half an hour for the cathedral and shops. The Lizard peninsula is a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
