This is Gylly Beach View. It's a penthouse apartment on the third and fourth floors, so there are stairs. You look out over Queen Mary Gardens and then Falmouth Bay. The view is straight across the sea, no buildings in the way.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. That's handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's a nice standard. Everything's included: bedding, towels, wifi. There's parking on site.
The living area is open plan, with doors out to a balcony. You can sit out there with a coffee in the morning. It's a few minutes' walk down to Gyllyngvase Beach. There's a cafe there on the beach. You can walk the coastal path from the apartment. Swanpool Beach is about a fifteen minute walk that way.
Falmouth town centre is walkable, maybe twenty minutes along the seafront. The marinas and the National Maritime Museum are there. Plenty of places to eat. There's a cinema and bowling too.
If you want to explore, the ferry to St Mawes goes from the town. It's a short trip. The Helford River is beautiful. For a day out, the Trebah Garden is about twenty minutes by car. The Trelissick Garden is a bit further, maybe half an hour.
The facilities list is all there. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
