This is Gylly Beach View in Falmouth. It's a penthouse, on the third and fourth floor of a building. The main thing is the view from the living room and the balcony. You look straight out over Queen Mary Gardens to Gyllyngvase Beach and the bay. It's not obscured.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The rating is 5 Star, so it's well looked after. Because it's the top floors, you do have to go up some stairs inside to get to the main living area.
You're right on the coast path. You can walk down to Gylly Beach in a couple of minutes, or along to Swanpool. The town centre is also walkable, about fifteen minutes. There's a supermarket, shops, and plenty of places to eat, including Rick Stein's. You can get the ferry over to St Mawes from the harbour.
For days out, Trebah Garden is about twenty minutes drive. The National Trust at Trelissick is similar, or you can go further west towards St Ives. The Visit Cornwall site is good for ideas.
In terms of what's here: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. No pets. The building has a shared outdoor shower, which is useful after the beach.
