5 Harbour Court is in Portscatho. It's an apartment on the ground floor of a small block, right by the water. You can see the beach from the living room window.
It's meant for a family of four. Two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed for kids. One bathroom with a shower over the bath. You can bring one dog.
The place is clean and has what you need. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable and you're just steps from the sea.
The square with the shop, the pub, and the post office is about a minute's walk away. It's all very close.
There's a shared courtyard outside with a table. Steps from there go straight down onto the foreshore. You also get access to the Harbour Club next door, which has a bar, a gym, and sometimes does events like cinema nights.
For places to visit: St Mawes Castle is about twenty minutes by car. You can get the King Harry Ferry across to the National Trust gardens at Trelissick, which is worth a trip. The whole Roseland Peninsula is good for walking. The National Trust for Cornwall site has details.
