Lobster Pot is in St Mawes. It's a small terraced cottage at the top of the village. Refurbished last year, so everything's fresh. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both have their own shower room which is handy.
The main living area is upstairs. That's where you get the view. You look right out over the water towards Falmouth. The windows are big so you get the full effect, even when you're washing up.
There's a small patio outside the front door. It catches the evening sun and you can see the sea from there too.
Parking for one car right outside. There's also the public car park down the hill if you bring more than one.
You're a two minute walk to the centre of the village and Summers Beach. The ferries to Falmouth and St Mawes Castle are down there. St Mawes Castle is worth a look.
For a proper day out, the Trelissick Garden is about half an hour by car, or you can get the ferry upriver. The Roseland Peninsula is good for walks. Falmouth has the Maritime Museum and the shops.
Facilities are straightforward. Washing machine, TV, bedding and towels are all here. No pets.
